Having the correct documentation is vitally important to the presentation of your case. The Family Court is heavily reliant upon paperwork and poorly prepared documents can seriously undermine your case.
I can assist with the preparation of formal documents such as a points of claim, a defence, a Form E, and witness statements. I can set your case out to the court in advance of your hearings by drafting a skeleton argument setting out the relevant law that supports your case.
I am also able to write letters on your behalf. I am often asked to draft letters for clients with a view to settling a dispute before issuing proceedings. This can help prevent you embarking upon stressful and expensive cases and ensure that your interests are protected from the outset in the most cost effective way.
