Enforcement applications

An enforcement application is a legal process initiated to ensure that a court order or judgment is followed and complied with.

It may involve enforcing orders related to child support, visitation rights, financial settlements, or other obligations outlined in a court decision.

If one party fails to comply with the terms of a court order, the other party can file an enforcement application to seek remedies such as fines, penalties, or o her measures to compel compliance.

These applications are used to uphold the integrity of court orders and protect the rights of individuals involved in legal proceedings.

Whether you are bringing an enforcement application or resisting one, you should seek advice to ensure that your rights are protected. Contact me to discuss your case.
